What to eat tonight. And why.

ChU learns your allergens, your goals, and your numbers, then reads tonight's menu at every dining hall on your campus and builds you a plate out of what's actually being served.

How it works
01

Tell ChU about you

Your allergens, your dietary restrictions, your goals, and your numbers. It takes about two minutes and you only do it once. ChU turns that into daily calorie and macro targets built for you, not for an average.

02

Open tonight's menu

Every dining hall on your campus, refreshed daily. Anything flagged with an allergen you avoid is hidden before you ever scroll past it.

03

See what to eat, and why

ChU builds a plate from what is actually being served tonight and tells you the reasoning behind it. Log it in a tap and watch the day add up. No food scale, no guessing at portions.

Allergens

Three answers, not two.

Most apps sort food into safe and unsafe. Real dining hall data has a third state, and it is the one that matters most. ChU shows you which one you are looking at, every time.

Contains peanuts

Flagged with something you avoid

Hidden. You set your allergens once during setup and these items stay off every menu you open, at every hall, without you filtering anything.

No listed allergens

Checked, and yours was not listed

Shown. This item carries allergen information and none of it matches what you avoid. It is a good starting point, and it is still worth a word with the staff serving it.

No allergen data published

Nobody checked this one

Shown, and clearly marked. Some items arrive with no allergen information attached at all. Other apps let these sit next to the checked ones looking identical. ChU will not do that. An unmarked item is not a safe item, it is an unanswered question, and you deserve to know which one you are holding.

Where the numbers come from

Your school's numbers, not our guesses.

Calories, macros, and allergen flags in ChU come from your university's own dining information. We do not invent them, we do not estimate them, and we do not quietly fill in the blanks.

Coverage is uneven as a result. Some items carry complete information, some carry partial information, and some carry none. A missing allergen flag does not mean the allergen is absent.

If you have a serious allergy, confirm with dining staff before you eat. ChU gives you a head start on the question. It does not answer it for you.
